Blown out light from a window behind me helped me to make this shot possible. I positioned myself about 10 feet away from the window with my back turned toward it. I then setup the tripod about 3 feet in front of me and opened up the lens. It was hard to focus this shot with nothing to focus it on, so I had to improvise and focus on the stool and hope it turned out. The great thing about digital is the fact that you can learn from your mistakes right away and take the steps to correct them. Happy Shooting!
I've been shooting photos since I was 16 with my Father's Canon T70, an SLR 32mm film camera. I bought my own Canon Digital Rebel XT when I was 22 and have come a long way with my photography since then. Photography is my passion.
